Couple Therapy
Couple therapy/Marriage therapy is a joint process between the therapist and the couple involved in a romantic relationship. The goal is to assist the couple to gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve their relationship.

Family Therapy
Family therapy is a process used to address the family’s psychological wellbeing. It can also be used to assist in improving interactions and resolve conflicts within the family unit. Family therapy can also take place in instances where there is a stressful event such as chronic condition, death, substance abuse, divorce, and etc.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is an interaction between the therapist and a group of individuals having a common problem or distress. It assists the individuals to realize that they are not alone in their struggles. The groups can focus on issues such as drug abuse, depression, grief, parents raising children with special needs, etc.

Psychological Assessments

Psychological assessment refers to a process that encompasses various psychological tests to evaluate, and diagnose the emotional and mental wellbeing of an individual. It also determines the intensity of psychological difficulties and helps inform the therapeutic intervention.
